Position: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and challenges. Your role will involve building lasting business relationships through consistent communication and consultation. Given the nature of our service and parts center, your ability to swiftly provide accurate parts and solutions is crucial, especially during critical equipment failures. Hands-on tasks requiring mechanical skills may also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone and in-person interactions.
- Guide customers in obtaining the necessary parts.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct research, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotes and process orders.
- Deliver post-order support.
- Measure specifications for various parts as needed.
Qualifications:

Specific qualifications include:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
- Exceptional telephone communication skills.
- A willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics is advantageous.
