Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Enter customer information into our CRM system
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Confirm daily appointments and notify customers of any changes
  • Work closely with the lead estimator to create daily job schedules
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop and update office procedures as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
