Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of IT Analytics and Innovation, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate team calendars, schedules, and logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Assist in managing confidential data and matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Communication to meet team needs, including scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and logistics.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires, including system access, computer setup, and initial introduction meetings.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a buffer and directing inquiries to appropriate resources.
  • Perform special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience, with proficiency in office management and current computer/office communications technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience and video conferencing management.
  • Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills, high level of motivation, integrity, self-confidence, and ability to take initiative and work well independently.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities.
