Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Specialized Dental Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and checks in patients, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth registration process.
  • Verifies patient records and makes necessary updates to the computer system and patient charts.
  • Scans documents and verifies patient insurance prior to scheduled appointments.
  • Answers phone calls and responds to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepares treatment plans and schedules appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient use of time.
  • Collects payments and reconciles daily cash reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conducts reminder calls to patients and maintains a positive and team-focused mindset.
  • Maintains a clean and organized lobby and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Dental front office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software programs a plus.
