**Job Overview**

The Assistant Director, Sales Consulting role is critical to the success of our sales team. This leader will be responsible for developing a motivated, proactive, and innovative team with a sales mindset. They will collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments and sales leadership to design, implement, and refine processes that deliver sales results and drive business enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy and execution, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a consultative environment. They will be able to implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with enterprise priorities, provide recommendations on digital content, FRM integration, KPI evaluations, and team training and development.

This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including flexible work schedules. Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
