Executive Ticket Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
The Executive Ticket Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business through calling prospects assigned through the lead model, lapsed Season Seat Holders, and accumulated leads from past seasons. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining contact with all renewed season ticket accounts and group accounts to provide superior service and focus on retaining accounts from year-to-year.
- Building relationships with accounts through organized meet and greet sessions, seat visits, video and call campaigns.
- Following up on all sales leads to sell new season ticket and group accounts, assigning seat locations to new season ticket accounts and group accounts, securing and processing all payments of new season and group ticket accounts.
- Identifying market segments and market opportunities to pursue for growth of ticket sales.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
