Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VIP Account Development Representative to join our team at Beauty Industry Group. This is a remote-based role that requires a strategic, results-driven approach to expanding and nurturing relationships with high-value, multi-location accounts in the Hair Extensions and Professional Beauty sectors.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term growth for these strategic accounts, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure their success with BIG's portfolio of brands. With an emphasis on Hair Extensions and professional beauty solutions, you will utilize Salesforce to track progress, build pipelines, and drive performance.

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, with opportunities for bonus eligibility up to 20% quarterly. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, vacation/holiday leave, medical/dental/vision, life and AD&D insurance, and access to hundreds of discounted beauty products.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop tailored strategies for multi-location clients within the Hair Extensions and Professional Beauty industries, ensuring sustained success and alignment with BIG's long-term objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across high-value accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration and anticipating client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering customized solutions and insights to maximize clients' success with BIG's products and services, especially in the Hair Extensions category.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to deliver innovative, customized solutions that drive brand success and meet the unique needs of the beauty industry.
  • Engage in in-person meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment between BIG and clients, facilitating productive relationships that support mutual growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or business development, specifically within the Hair Extensions, Professional Beauty, or related industries. A deep understanding of the beauty market is essential.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, particularly at the executive level within the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage your time and priorities in a remote work environment, staying focused on achieving key objectives.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to track client interactions, build and manage sales pipelines, and optimize account performance.
  • Flexibility and availability for periodic travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in strategy sessions.
