About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior VIP Account Development Representative to join our team at Beauty Industry Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with high-value, multi-location accounts in the Hair Extensions and Professional Beauty sectors.

This role requires a strategic, results-driven approach, leveraging your expertise in the beauty industry to elevate and support key partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure their success with BIG's portfolio of brands, utilizing Salesforce to track progress, build pipelines, and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and profitability for high-value, multi-location accounts in the Hair Extensions and Professional Beauty sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across high-value accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering customized solutions and insights to maximize clients' success with BIG's products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to deliver innovative, customized solutions that drive brand success and meet the unique needs of the beauty industry.
  • Engage in in-person meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment between BIG and clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or business development, specifically within the Hair Extensions, Professional Beauty, or related industries.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, particularly at the executive level within the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage your time and priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to track client interactions, build and manage sales pipelines, and optimize account performance.
  • Flexibility and availability for periodic travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in strategy sessions.
