Job Overview

As a Senior VIP Account Development Representative for Beauty Industry Group, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing relationships with high-value accounts within the Hair Extensions and Professional Beauty sectors. This remote-based position requires a strategic, results-driven approach to elevate and support key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term growth for strategic accounts by working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure their success with BIG's portfolio of brands.
  • Drive profitability by developing tailored strategies for multi-location clients within the Hair Extensions and Professional Beauty industries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across high-value accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering customized solutions and insights to maximize clients' success with BIG's products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to deliver innovative, customized solutions that drive brand success and meet the unique needs of the beauty industry.
  • Engage in high-level strategy meetings and foster personal relationships with clients to ensure a consistent and impactful presence.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or business development within the Hair Extensions, Professional Beauty, or related industries.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at the executive level within the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage your time and priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to track client interactions, build and manage sales pipelines, and optimize account performance.
  • Flexibility and availability for periodic travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in strategy sessions.

About the Role

This is a fully remote role within the United States, requiring occasional travel to engage with high-level strategy meetings and foster personal relationships with clients. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus 20% quarterly bonus eligibility.
