Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to develop and implement sales plans, and to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Property & Casualty license required, with the ability to obtain Life/Health license within 6 months.
