The Retail Sales Representative will serve as the brand ambassador in our retail outlet. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Drive positive sales outcomes and foster customer engagement and satisfaction with our diverse range of brands.
  • Ensure the store is organized, clean, and inviting while managing the receipt and processing of incoming inventory.
  • Handle outgoing e-commerce orders with meticulous attention to shipping standards.
  • Exhibit excellence in sales techniques, ensuring that products align with customer needs while promoting additional sales opportunities as appropriate.
  • Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both team members and customers at all times.
  • Represent and embody our brands in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism while representing the brand in the retail environment.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate professionally with vendors, mall representatives, and corporate partners.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged periods of walking, standing, and crouching. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate ladders within the store.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; proficiency in languages other than English is a preferred asset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet business needs.
