About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in selling our trial program, Discovery, to guests and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys with guests to understand their experience and present the Discovery program in a professional manner.
  • Answer guest questions accurately and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver worksheets to the Contracts office for processing.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance standards and sales quotas.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Previous timeshare sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
