We are a small business that values family and autonomy, seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Development Executive. Located in Dallas, TX, this role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission potential, resulting in an estimated annual income of up to $120,000 or more.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, introducing new products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams and manufacturer representatives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in industrial controls; technical training and support will be provided.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
