We operate 200+ staffing branches across 36 states and Washington, D.C., under brand names including HireQuest Direct, HireQuest, and Snelling Staffing.
Our staffing offices provide temporary and direct-hire services in various industries, including construction, light industrial, healthcare, hospitality, admin/clerical, IT, legal, accounting, and more.
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for selling staffing services to industries such as construction, warehouse, and light industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Compile sales leads from databases, directories, and other sources.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers.
- Prepare and present quotes, credit terms, and sales contracts.
- Conduct job site surveys for new and existing customers.
- Record and report sales activities and customer information regularly.
- Achieve weekly customer-call quotas.

- Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 - $75,000 base salary + monthly commission.
