Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at SF Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards.
- Coordinate the purchase of all food and develop menus, approve food costs and manage staff scheduling.
- Act as the Chef de Cuisine when the Executive Chef is absent, managing the kitchen and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Manage banquet event orders, planning and execution, and report to the General Manager as needed to ensure successful facilitation of our operation.

- Developing and implementing systems and procedures to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- Working with the culinary team to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage food costs.
- Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
