  • Administrative Skills: Manage food cost, inventory, labor cost, and administrative paperwork with ease and accuracy.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a firm yet professional demeanor, even under pressure, and ensure a positive work environment.

Must be able to work weekends and nights. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish a plus. Experience with fresh pasta, pastry, and wood fire oven is also a plus.
