Job Title: Operations Manager

EducationPlus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee areas of Human Resources and Operations/Facilities. This is a key role that requires daily on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish priorities and develop plans for the HR department
  • Supervise and evaluate staff, including the Custodial and Maintenance Technician
  • Develop and implement facilities master plan, including maintenance and cleanliness standards
  • Manage renovation projects, develop budget, and solicit quotes for contractors
  • Address facilities issues, including performing routine custodial duties
  • Provide leadership for Equity Team and serve on wellness team
  • Manage benefits open enrollment process, conduct wage surveys, and maintain organization's compliance with state and federal laws
  • Act as liaison to MOASPA-STL group and CSD Insurance Trust, including attending meetings and facilitating communication
  • Assign annual Mandatory Training and manage workmen's comp process
  • Facilitate the ADA/accommodations process and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or advanced degree in Educational Leadership
  • HR experience and supervisory experience
  • Experience with overseeing building custodial/maintenance and construction/renovation projects
Working Conditions:

Office and school environment, with regular travel within the St. Louis area. Ability to attend local, state, and national conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and other events.

Work hours are 8:00-4:30 Mon-Fri, with some evening or weekend work required.
