About The Role

As a Maintenance Services Manager, you'll oversee the maintenance operations of our properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and long-term success.

  • We're seeking someone with a proven track record in maintenance operations, preferably with experience in leadership roles.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field is required.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of maintenance operations.
  • Supervise and develop maintenance teams to meet high standards.

  • Monitor and optimize budgets to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality services.
