About the Role:

As a skilled Technician I at Penske, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles. With your experience in truck and trailer maintenance, you will ensure that our customers' equipment is safe and operational.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, as you will work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues. You will also have the opportunity to learn from your manager and informally mentor others.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision
- Repair and troubleshoot major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials
- Keep your work area clean and organized

Qualifications:
- 6 years of practical experience in truck and trailer maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
- Specialized training and experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting major components
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
