Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Regency Management Inc. in Vancouver, WA.

Estimated Salary: $22-$28 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, and drywall installation
  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance assistance
  • Ensure properties are safe and well-maintained
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in residential maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and provide own tools
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer skills
