Holland Partner Group is seeking a seasoned property maintenance professional to fill the role of Maintenance Manager at one of our downtown Vancouver properties. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance team members and outside contractors to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality workmanship
- Inspect property grounds, buildings, and community features regularly to identify areas for improvement and prevent potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including scheduling, budgets, and vendor management
- Collaborate with Property Manager to address resident concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continually improve maintenance processes and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 9 feet
