Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Maintenance Services Division (MSD).

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and activities, including quality control inspections, tenant rekeys, parts ordering, parts delivery, and maintaining the organization of the shop and parking areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control inspections on turnovers to ensure property standards are met by technicians and vendors.
  • Perform periodic quality control inspections on completed service calls, providing feedback to the General Manager.
  • Process work orders for rekeying units as required.
  • Manage parts ordering and deliver parts to properties as needed.
  • Assist with quarterly inventory counts on vans and stockroom.
  • Coordinate equipment needs at site locations, vans, stockroom, and the shop.
