Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential, current, and former customers to provide a comprehensive understanding of our clients' wireless products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on any promotions or discounts being offered by our client and upsell services when appropriate.
  • Account Management: Maintain and organize sales contracts and other confidential customer information in our POS system.
  • Compliance and Brand Representation: Follow compliance guidelines as outlined by our clients and represent the brand in a professional manner at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow Account Associates to track customer engagement trends and campaign data.
  • Customer Support: Confidently answer any customer questions and overturn objections when necessary.
