About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success in negotiating and upselling. They will be a friendly and approachable professional who prioritizes building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with customers to provide friendly and helpful answers to their product inquiries
  • Work closely with customers to service their needs and complete the sales process
  • Navigate challenging customer questions and maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to achieve high closing rates and customer retention
  • Create purchase orders and facilitate onboarding with customers and the consumer
  • Generate new accounts and add them to the CRM with timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and skills advancement opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
