We are expanding rapidly, with over 350 locations across 35+ states, and we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in Boulder, CO.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets
  • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from consulting to closing and customer retention
  • Analyzing sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Delivering engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients
  • Promoting treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment
  • A proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
