We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team at Greenham USA, a leading player in the grass-fed and commodity beef market. As a sales manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice, industrial, and retail customers
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Provide sales forecasts, inventory reports, and sold position updates to management and customers
  • Liaise with import houses, storage facilities, and logistics companies to execute sales
  • Collaborate with Australian-based packing houses to ensure timely shipping of orders
  • Monitor inventory valuations and adjust to reflect current market conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in beef sales, with a preference for overlap between domestic and imported products
  • Experience in the grass-fed and natural beef sector is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of protein market analytics specific to the beef industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Existing industry relationships and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a steady feedback loop with management
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Parity Factory, Salesforce, and Business Central are preferred
