Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at ZeeRecruit. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the features and benefits of our fencing products, prospecting for new customers, and providing mentorship and managerial oversight to our Sales Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and adopt our structured management process and complete required training.
  • Prospect for new customers through in-bound leads, community networking, and referrals.
  • Effectively follow-up to set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed weekly sales goals.
  • Provide mentorship and managerial oversight to Sales Advisors.
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry, and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Study and learn current marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
  • Interact with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confirm and qualify booked appointments, generate organic leads, provide consultative customer appointments, generate accurate estimates, and professionally present proposals to property owners/representatives.
  • Perform organic lead generation strategies and activities.
  • Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize sales calls and appointments.
  • Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
  • Work with Business Operations Manager to understand, explain, and analyze client requirements.
  • Demonstrate products to consumers.
  • Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years in an home sales related field/industry in a management/leadership role.
  • Home service experience is a plus.
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communications.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and a proactive nature.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from customers, subordinates, and colleagues.
  • Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners, and employees in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.
  • Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
  • Work outside in elements and varying seasons.
  • Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100lbs.
  • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with a trailer for extended time periods.
