Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service is essential; hotel front desk experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish and English, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with the local area is beneficial.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to assist in hotel sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: This role encompasses various duties that may evolve over time:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the hotel's values in every guest interaction.
  • Warmly welcome guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a remarkable experience.
  • Handle guest payments and reservations, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and room assignments.
  • Promote and upsell hotel amenities confidently.
  • Present a professional appearance that reflects the hotel's brand.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on guest satisfaction.
Compensation/Pay: $15
