Minimum Qualifications:
  • Essential customer service experience; hotel front desk experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to assist in hotel sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: This role encompasses a variety of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the hotel, embodying its values in every guest interaction.
  • Warmly welcoming guests during check-in and check-out to create memorable experiences.
  • Processing guest payments and reservations while anticipating their needs.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate guest registration records and room assignments.
  • Promoting and upselling hotel amenities and services effectively.
  • Upholding a professional appearance that reflects the hotel's brand.
  • Contributing to a supportive team environment that fosters collaboration.
Compensation/Pay: $15
