Minimum Qualifications:
- Essential customer service experience; hotel front desk experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.

- Willingness to assist in hotel sales and marketing initiatives.

- Warmly welcoming guests during check-in and check-out to create memorable experiences.
- Processing guest payments and reservations while anticipating their needs.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintaining accurate guest registration records and room assignments.
- Promoting and upselling hotel amenities and services effectively.
- Upholding a professional appearance that reflects the hotel's brand.
- Contributing to a supportive team environment that fosters collaboration.
