- Adhere to scheduled work hours and comply with attendance policies.

- Master all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Familiarity with the hotel’s property management system.
- Accurately input information into an online database.
- Demonstrate a willingness to develop strong customer service skills.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are essential. A desire for personal and professional growth is important, regardless of your current career stage.
Education/Experience:
Less than a high school diploma; or up to one month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Capability to write basic correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret simple graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
Physical Demands:
This role requires standing for a significant portion of the workday, with some walking and sitting involved. The ability to communicate effectively is crucial.
Work Environment:
