The Position

As a Front Office Host, you will manage the guest registration process and effectively communicate hotel services and information. This prominent role allows for engaging interactions and plays a crucial part in shaping the guest experience. Responsibilities may also include processing payments and addressing guest inquiries through face-to-face and telephone communication. You will represent Hyatt as a Front Office Host.

The hotel’s design reflects Austin's rich music and arts history, showcasing local artists and iconic imagery throughout.

Qualifications

  • A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
