Boutique Fitness Business Development Lead

As a Studio Manager, you will be part of a world-class franchise brand that is dedicated to FITNESS EQUALITY.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Boutique Fitness Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the studio's business operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff, as well as developing and executing marketing strategies to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in the fitness industry, with a strong background in sales, customer service, and boutique fitness management. They will be passionate about helping people unlock their full potential and have a growth mindset to drive success.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 to $72,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including free coaching sessions, paid time off, and the opportunity for benefit options.
