A. Rifkin Co. is seeking a results-driven Inside Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding company objectives through strategic business development initiatives.


Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners;
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions to clients;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Advanced reasoning abilities, including problem-solving and decision-making;
  • Proficiency in lead finding strategies and the ability to multitask;
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

A. Rifkin Co. offers a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.
