Position Overview: The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, efficiently managing inquiries, and overseeing check-in/check-out processes along with room bookings.

Main Duties:
  • Providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times.
  • Upholding high standards of service and friendliness.
  • Addressing guest inquiries or concerns swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Processing guest transactions, managing payments, and following cash handling procedures.
  • Handling guest correspondence and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Staying informed about hotel brand offerings and various programs (travel initiatives, special deals).
  • Communicating effectively with different departments and management regarding guest feedback and issues.
  • Managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors in the lobby, and assisting team members needing front desk support.
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, front-facing roles, or guest-focused positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software applications.
  • Prior experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or in guest services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), Quore, PBX, and other hotel-related software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, multitasking skills, and the ability to interact with individuals under pressure.
