About the Role:
As the driving force behind our office, you will ensure seamless daily operations, maintaining an organized, pristine, and welcoming workspace.

  • HR Functions: Support the Finance Director with HR tasks, including onboarding and managing the hiring process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a keen sense of prioritization.
- A customer service mindset, approaching challenges with grace and optimism.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to thrive in unstructured settings.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
