Role Overview: As the Retail Operations Leader, you will oversee the comprehensive management of store functions, including sales strategies, customer engagement, team leadership, inventory oversight, and visual presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, particularly in high-end products, with a strong preference for the luxury jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a dedicated team while promoting a collaborative work culture.
  • Customer Engagement: Uphold exceptional service standards; address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute plans to meet sales objectives and enhance profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise stock levels, perform regular audits, and maintain precise inventory records.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure an appealing product display that enhances the shopping experience.
  • Operational Management: Guarantee efficient store operations, including cash handling and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside marketing teams to develop promotional initiatives and events.
  • Financial Oversight: Track expenditures, manage budgets, and generate financial reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and present reports on sales performance and inventory status.
  • Stock Coordination: Manage the receipt, organization, and replenishment of merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a focus on luxury jewelry preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with inventory control and visual merchandising principles.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds is advantageous.
