The Senior Operations Leader will play a crucial role in steering the organization towards its operational goals, with a focus on the following key responsibilities:
Organizational Culture:

This leader will embody these values and ensure accountability among team members.
Team Leadership:
Direct daily scheduling and staffing operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. This role also includes oversight of financial transactions and key management responsibilities.
Operational Excellence:
Drive improvements in business processes within the staffing department.
Key focus areas include cost management, productivity enhancement, and maintaining high standards of performance.
Performance Evaluation:
Assess operational metrics to gauge the effectiveness of supported branches and guide scheduling staff in adapting to performance changes, emphasizing continuous improvement.
This includes data analysis, trend identification, and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Client and Caregiver Engagement:
Advocate for exceptional satisfaction levels among clients and caregivers within supported branches.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between various departments, regional teams, and community partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
This role ensures that staffing teams and branches maintain optimal relationships and communication.
Talent Development:
Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of staffing personnel, ensuring the department is equipped with the necessary talent to achieve operational objectives.
Proactive measures will be taken to address any talent gaps.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, encompassing performance management, operational oversight, and driving team productivity.
Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office setting, with training provided at our primary support center.
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with some flexibility required for evenings and weekends.
Travel may be necessary for branch visits or organizational meetings.
Physical Demands:
The role may involve frequent standing, walking, and use of office equipment.
Occasional physical activities may include lifting and moving items.
