Senior Product Operations Director

At RxBenefits, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Operations Director to lead our high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and oversee special projects that are critical to the organization's long-term strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies for project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Project Management:
- Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, providing leadership and direction to achieve project milestones.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with department heads and other senior leaders to ensure alignment of special projects with business objectives.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to executives and other stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure resources are efficiently allocated.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
- Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes through strategic projects.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in PBM industry, project management, operations, strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in industries like technology, finance, or consulting.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
