We specialize in delivering facilities through the innovative Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) methodology, which revolutionizes the traditional, fragmented practices of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors. A key aspect of our approach is our in-house Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades.

Position Summary:

We are in search of a Senior Electrical Project Leader to oversee and direct our Electrical team. This role requires a high degree of ownership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to resolve challenges effectively while ensuring project excellence from inception to completion. You will take charge of the electrical value stream, collaborating closely with our Electrical personnel. Strong vision and leadership capabilities are essential.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of electrical and associated systems for our medical and commercial clientele. This position reports directly to the COO.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can effortlessly transition between hands-on tasks and the development of efficient systems that enhance the electrical operations of Creature. Clear communication about complex scenarios is crucial, both in verbal and written forms. You will thrive in a team of intelligent contrarians within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance electrical operations for optimal performance
  • Serve as an authority in electrical construction, particularly in the systems we frequently implement
  • Become proficient in Creature's operational model and production system
  • Leverage existing systems and processes to boost HVAC and Plumbing capabilities
  • Provide leadership and support to the entire Electrical team
  • Collaborate with the Creature PM team to streamline labor for Electrical teams, ensuring efficient manpower allocation across projects
  • Assist in recruiting and standardizing training for new field talent
  • Be accountable for the performance and growth of Electrical tradespeople
  • Manage the P&L for electrical business units

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within a Commercial Electrical Contracting environment and ideally hold a BS in Engineering from an accredited institution.
