Universal Parking is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Growth to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout our markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the business development process for your area of focus, including identifying and targeting potential clients that meet the standards and needs for a parking program.
- Work collaboratively with the VP of Business Development and other business partners to develop new business development strategy.
- Assist with the preparation of detailed proposals and travel throughout the region to meet with potential clients.
- Give detailed sales presentations to healthcare executives and other personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Preferred 3 years experience in sales or parking management industry.
- Must have familiarity with sales programs.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
