About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Subaru Concord in Concord, NC. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into sales.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for responding to internet leads, scheduling appointments, and keeping track of customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including appointment set, appointments shown, and lost leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers and dealership personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and acceptable insurance carrier.
  • The ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A working knowledge of automotive systems and parts department computer systems.
