We are seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Sears. As a Retail Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling and servicing customers within one or more departments. You will maintain knowledge of products and use this knowledge to assist and educate customers on options available. Your goal will be to deliver a positive customer shopping experience and ensure that all pricing, signing & display guidelines are followed. You will also process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
