Job Overview

International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a Mental Health Worker (MHW) to support our medical staffing projects in New Hampshire.

The MHW role involves working with patients who require mental health support, assisting with admission procedures, searching for contraband, and orienting patients to the unit/hospital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in admission procedures
  • Searching for contraband
  • Orienting patients to the unit/hospital environment
  • Identifying and recording patient valuables
  • Completing documentation requirements
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You must also demonstrate responsibility and accountability for professional practice, and be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team.

Physical demands of the job include walking, standing, bending, or sitting for extended periods, reaching to retrieve documents or supplies, and carrying materials up to 15 pounds on an infrequent basis.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.

Additional benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus. International SOS complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
