Sales Representative Job Description

At Sysco, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our customers. We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and new accounts, with a focus on helping customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals. This role may require working outside traditional hours to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or hospitality, with experience in developing new business, penetrating existing accounts, and minimizing lost business. They will be able to research customer business needs, develop product mixes, and evaluate market trends to recommend products that meet customer needs.

We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000, plus bonus opportunities, car allowance, cell phone, and comprehensive benefits package. Our company is committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to support career growth and success.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related discipline, or equivalent relatable experience. Bi-lingual skills and restaurant management experience are preferred. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are also required.
