Job Title: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is a key leadership role that oversees the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of registered nurses.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of registered nurses in providing patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Identify and address any quality or safety concerns
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing
  • Valid and current RN license by the State of California
  • Current AHA or AHA equivalent BLS
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Course required within 4 months of hire
  • STABLE required within one year of hire
  • Three years of acute care experience in area of specialty required
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proficient written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
