Job Summary:The Bilingual Clinic Nurse will assist the clinic staff with all operations of clinic sessions and administrative issues as needed. In the absence of the Clinic Director, the Bilingual Clinic Nurse will oversee the administrative, organizational, and clinical operations. Additionally, the Bilingual Clinic Nurse will assist the Clinic Director and staff with special projects and other activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including patient assessment, triage, and treatment.
- Assist with clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Oversee the efficient and effective functioning of the clinic in the absence of the Clinic Director.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
- Minimum one year of experience working with adults with chronic medical problems.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and ability to work compassionately in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
