The Director of Nursing Clinical Operations will:

  • Direct and Coordinate Daily Activities of supervised employees to meet patient care standards
  • Collaborate with Administrative Leadership to develop strategic and operational plans
  • Manage Personnel Activities for direct reports, including counseling and human resource development
  • Develop and Administer Care Delivery Models and facilitate ongoing evaluation
  • Facilitate Research and Evidence-Based Policy Compliance
  • Participate in Department Budgetary Development and ensure fiscal compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduation from an Accredited Nursing Program with a degree or diploma in Nursing
  • Minimum 5 Years of Clinical Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Preferred Professional Nursing Specialty Certification within 2 years of hire
