Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales

Reddit is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Large Customer Sales team as a Senior Client Partner. This role will focus on forming and deepening relationships with key brands and agencies in the pharmaceutical industry, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing relationships with pharmaceutical clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint business plans, leveraging data and insights to inform client strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and product knowledge to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, staying up-to-date on market trends and developments.
- Work closely with the Account Management and Ad Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and meet client marketing goals.
- Provide thought leadership and industry expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues and clients.
- 12+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a minimum of 7+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex relationships with pharmaceutical clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Deep industry expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
