Job Overview

B Hospitality Corp is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of food and beverage services for premier hotel operators. We specialize in transforming hotel restaurants into dynamic delivery hubs, catering to both in-house guests and nearby establishments.

Currently, we are managing operations for over 60,000 keys across various locations nationwide.

Position Summary:

This role involves collaborating closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations while cultivating a high-performing team that meets financial and organizational goals. The position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on hiring, training, and empowering staff to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service with professionalism and elegance, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Create a supportive environment that encourages employee retention, minimizes absenteeism, and promotes career advancement.
  • Exhibit engaging leadership that inspires and empowers team members.
  • Develop a vibrant and positive workplace that reflects the brand's values.
  • Monitor facility and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintain high service standards through effective training and feedback systems.
  • Ensure excellence in food quality, service, and presentation.
  • Compile regular and special reports, maintaining necessary records and documentation.
  • Assess employee performance through operational evaluations to enhance service quality and establish recognition systems.
  • Recommend staffing changes, including hiring, promotions, and leave management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Fluency in the local language and English, both verbally and nonverbally.
  • Strong understanding of the interrelation between job responsibilities and other hotel departments, particularly Food and Beverage operations.
  • Experience in managing all hub employees, including entertainment staff.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Proven track record in hiring, training, and empowering staff with a focus on accountability and feedback.
  • Able to foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and promote teamwork.
  • Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
