Position Overview:

In your role as a Product Assistance Specialist at Datasite, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding clients through the setup and configuration of projects within Datasite products.
  • Offering product assistance and troubleshooting to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional service in every interaction.
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients to better understand their requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and experienced in supporting software applications.
  • Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with industry experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
  • Working Hours: 2pm - 10:30pm Central Time
  • This role is remote with occasional team collaboration days.
  • Applicants should reside in designated metropolitan areas.
  • Compensation: $27.00 per hour
